Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. He/She is responsible for understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues and service requirements.

• Create job cards and update all service details in the system.

• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth execution of repairs and servicing.

• Provide cost estimates, explain repair processes, and take customer approval.

• Keep customers informed about job status, additional work, and delivery time.

• Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction post-service.

• Maintain service records, invoices, and reports.

• Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of automobile systems and service procedures.

• Basic computer proficiency (DMS, MS Office).
