Roles & Responsibilities

1. Minimum office attendance must be 95%.

2. Pre-intimation of leave at least 4 days in advance is mandatory, and the leave application must be approved by the Service Manager (SM).

3. Candidate should attend 80% of in-house training conducted by COTEK.

4. Productivity should be 80% of the desired target, as checked through DMS/IRIS Reports.

5. Efficiency should be 80% of the desired target, as checked through DMS/IRIS Reports.

6. Internal repeat jobs should not exceed 10%; FI reports and analysis to be done by COTEK.

7. Must maintain 5S Process – neat and clean premises; tools and equipment should be properly arranged.

8. 100% tools availability is required during monthly Tools Audit conducted by COTEK.

9. Read all Repair Orders carefully and complete all work as per customer verbatim/demanded repairs; consult with the Floor Supervisor for any additional repair requirements.

10. Complete all documentation as per CARE SOP, including Repair Order and Vehicle Inspection Sheet.
