Select Service Advisor – VIP Lite Process
Candidates must be fluent in any one of the following combinations:
English + Hindi + Marathi
Gujarati + English + Hindi
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or above
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service
Age Limit: 22 to 35 years
In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 per month

Work Schedule:
2 rotational weekly offs (between Monday to Friday)
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and courteously.
Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests related to VIP Lite process.
Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional service experience.
Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the internal systems/CRM.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issue resolution and service completion.
Work collaboratively with team members and report updates to team leaders or supervisors.
Adhere to call quality, response time, and service targets as defined.
Stay updated with service features, changes, and process improvements.
