Service advisor

We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at The Mechanic to exprt in Cars mechanism, Repaire cars, Service Advisor, Floor Manager, Handling team, Handling Client, Autombile Expert, Know about every things in automobile sector, The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all floor activities, including allocation of job cards to technicians.

• Monitor service workflow to ensure jobs are completed on time.

• Coordinate with service advisors for smooth job execution and customer updates.

• Conduct daily meetings with technicians for job allocation and targets.

• Inspect vehicles post-repair to ensure quality control.

• Ensure availability and proper usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the workshop floor.

• Assist in training and evaluating technician performance.

• Resolve internal conflicts or workflow issues promptly.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in workshop/floor management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.

• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.

• Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering preferred.
  
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations.
