Key Responsibilities:-

Workshop Management

• Coordinate seamlessly between work sections to ensure effective work order opening, execution, and closure

• Monitor job flow to maximize workshop productivity and efficiency

Business Generation

• Achieve defined sales targets in terms of job orders and service volumes

• Promote all service offerings and upsell accessories in collaboration with the parts department

• Identify and share vehicle sales leads with the sales team to support dealership growth

Customer Satisfaction

• Establish courteous, professional contact with all customers

• Accurately communicate service details and timelines, in coordination with supervisors

• Manage vehicle reception and delivery with customer-friendly protocols

• Ensure timely, error-free invoicing and payment collection

• Maintain high standards in personal conduct and appearance aligned with company guidelines

Key Account Management

• Implement strategies for managing identified key accounts in aftermarket services

• Act as a single point of contact between internal teams and key clients

• Facilitate smooth communication and personalized service delivery

Post-Sales Service & Complaint Reporting

• Compile and submit weekly customer complaint reports to CRM

• Collaborate with service teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of product issues

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in workshop or service management roles (automotive preferred)

• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and dealership operations
