SERVICE ADVISOR / FLOOR SUPERVISOR - Job Role

SUSEE SCOOTER CENTER - Bajaj / KTM / Triumph / Chetak

Here is the complete Job Role for your notice board and training:

1. MAIN OBJECTIVE:

To be the bridge between Customer and Service Technician. Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction, On-Time Delivery, and Service Revenue Growth.

2. DAILY JOB ROLES:

A) Customer Handling:Greet customer with smile, listen to complaint properly

a. Prepare Job Card accurately - note all issues, kms, fuel, scratches

b. Give correct estimate of Cost & Time

c. Explain required services (Paid service, Oil change, Spare parts)

d. Take approval before extra work

B) Floor Supervision:

a. Allot jobs to Technicians based on skill (Trainee / Senior)

b. Check job progress every 30 mins - avoid delay

c. Ensure bay cleanliness and tools availability

d. Final quality check before vehicle washT

e. Test ride if needed

C) Service Delivery:

(1) Explain bill to customer clearly - what work done

(2) Show old parts replaced

(3) Promote AMC, Roadside Assistance, Accessories

(4) Take feedback and ensure 5-star rating

(5) Follow up next day - "Sir, vehicle ok ah?"

D) Reports & Targets:

(1) Daily: No. of vehicles serviced, Revenue, Pending jobs

(2) Achieve targets: 10-12 vehicles per day / bay

(3) Control comebacks (Repeat complaints) - should be < 2%Maintain Customer Satisfaction Score > 90%

(4) 3. REQUIRED SKILLS:2-Wheeler Technical Knowledge (Bajaj preferred)Tamil + Basic English speaking

(5) Customer handling patience

(6) Computer - Job card entry, DMS software

(7) Two Wheeler Driving License

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
