Prepare job cards and explain service work, costs, and timelines.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
Update customers on service status and delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related queries.
Maintain service records and follow-up for feedback.
Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Automobile preferred).
Experience as Service Advisor or Supervisor in 2-wheeler service.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to manage service workflow and team coordination.
