• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.

• Open repair orders and clearly describe service needs or problems.

• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for maintenance and repairs.

• Liaise between the technician team and the customer to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Upsell additional maintenance services as appropriate.

• Maintain regular communication with customers on the status of their vehicles.

• Ensure all customer complaints and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with parts department for availability of necessary parts.

• Finalize service transactions and process payments.

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain knowledge of current dealership promotions and service bulletins.
