Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our Maruti Suzuki workshop team. The role involves guiding customers through the service process, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

• Create job cards and prepare service estimates.

• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service.

• Update customers on service progress and handle queries or complaints.

• Ensure proper delivery of the vehicle with a clear explanation of the work done.

• Upsell value-added services and ensure achievement of workshop targets.

• Conduct post-service follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain service records, job card accuracy, and adherence to Maruti Suzuki standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good technical understanding of Maruti Suzuki vehicles

• Customer-centric approach

• Problem-solving ability

• Basic knowledge of DMS/CRM systems

• Fluency in Hindi and English

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Maruti Suzuki experience preferred)

• Freshers with good communication skills and technical knowledge may also apply
