The Two-Wheeler Service Consultant is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by understanding customer concerns, providing accurate job estimations, coordinating service activities with the workshop team, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and customer-handling abilities.
Greet customers and understand their service requirements and concerns.
Record customer complaints accurately in the Job Card.
Explain recommended services, repair costs, and timelines.
Provide professional guidance and clarify customer queries.
Perform initial inspection of the vehicle.
Prepare detailed job cards with all required repair/maintenance work.
Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition.
Ensure proper documentation and customer signatures.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop manager for smooth service flow.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to the technical team.
Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Keep customers updated on service progress and cost variations (if any).
Seek approval for additional jobs.
Coordinate for timely vehicle delivery.
Conduct final inspection before delivery.
Explain service details, repair work done, and invoice to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
Promote AMC, accessories, and value-added services.
Achieve monthly service targets assigned by management.
Update service records and data in CRM/DMS.
Maintain accurate billing and job card closure.
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers
Ability to understand and explain service requirements
Time management and multitasking
Problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of DMS/CRM systems (preferred)
Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Mechanical (preferred)
Graduate/12th Pass candidates with relevant experience can also apply
Experience in two-wheeler service industry preferred
