Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inwarding: Welcome customers and take responsibility for receiving their vehicles into the service center.

• Job Card Opening: Accurately open job cards with customer and vehicle details, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.

• Vehicle Condition Description: Enter detailed and precise descriptions of the vehicle’s condition, customer concerns, and service requirements.

• Promote Value-Added Services: Confidently communicate and upsell our value-added services to customers, highlighting the benefits and enhancing their experience.

• Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers throughout the service process.

• Coordination: Work closely with technicians, parts departments, and other service team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive service industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
