Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand vehicle service concerns.
Prepare job cards and explain repair/service requirements to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for vehicle inspection and repairs.
Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service completion.
Keep customers updated regarding repair progress and additional work requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
Maintain proper service records and documentation.
Promote value-added services, AMC packages, accessories, and service campaigns.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow dealership SOPs and maintain service quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers.
Familiarity with dealership management software is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
