Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work.
Keep customers updated on service progress and obtain approval for additional repairs.
Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
Prepare invoices and explain service charges to customers.
Deliver vehicles to customers and explain the work carried out.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Promote value-added services, accessories, AMC packages, and service campaigns.
Maintain service records and customer history.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and service processes.
