Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers visiting the service center.

Prepare job card in DMS system.
Explain repair work and estimated cost to customers.
Take customer approval before starting work.
Coordinate with technicians for repair status.
Update customers about work progress.
Recommend additional repairs or value-added services.
Ensure vehicle is delivered on promised time.
Explain invoice and collect payment.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain service records and follow-up for next service.
