Service advisor

We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at Mahavir Motors responsible for receiving vehicles, understanding customer concerns, creating job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing service estimates, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with full customer satisfaction. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Listen carefully to customer complaints and document vehicle issues accurately.

• Open job cards with detailed information regarding requested repairs and services.

• Schedule service appointments and manage workshop capacity.

• Update customers about the status of their vehicle, especially in case of delays or additional repairs.

• Promote service packages, extended warranties, and accessories.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma / B Tech and 2 - 6 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow the regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
