Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our automobile service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of vehicles, and the ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
• Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair updates.
• Maintain clear communication with customers on service progress and costs.
• Conduct final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Manage service records and follow-up for repeat business.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop.
• Good understanding of vehicle systems and service processes.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (DMS / Excel).
• Team-oriented and target-driven approach.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
