Attend Enquiry and Given Product Demonstration.
Enquiry Follow-Up and Order Booking.
Good communication & negotiation skills with customers
You are Capable of capturing revenue opportunities through identification of additional work, value added services, and up-selling of service products with conviction.
You actively approach customers, thus showing excellent communication skills. Method and process competence
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Must have sales aptitude and target driven approach
Key Responsibility Areas
Achieve sales targets for spare parts sales and services
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and build relationships
Scheduling: Schedule appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups
Communication: Communicate with customers and technicians about Spare part status
Sales: Sell products and services, and suggest packages and retail options
Maintain Customer database location-wise.
Handle customer objections from time to time and bring them to a resolution
Candidate Profile:
Must have sales aptitude and target driven approach
Must have worked in automobile spare parts for minimum 3 years
Candidate must possess technical knowledge about car spare parts genuine & aftermarket
Any stream graduate if fine
