Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Provide service estimates and delivery timelines.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain service records and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile servicing is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to work effectively with technicians and customers.
