Service advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously and understand their service and repair needs.

• Record vehicle details, customer concerns, and prepare accurate job cards.

• Provide repair estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain customer approval.

• Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis, repair, and timely completion of jobs.

• Keep customers informed about job status, additional repair requirements, and delivery timelines.

• Conduct final delivery inspection and ensure all jobs are completed as per commitment.

• Explain the work done, replaced parts, and service invoice details to customers.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain proper documentation of service records, job cards, and warranty claims.

• Achieve monthly targets related to service revenue, upselling, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and build long-term relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the parts department for parts availability and job completion.

• Follow safety, quality, and company standards at all times.
