Service advisor

We are looking for a Workshop Service Manager to join our team at CARS24 to inspect, repair, maintain, and manage multi-brand cars while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting inspections (including PDI), diagnosing and resolving car issues, coordinating with vendor workshops, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections, including Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.

• Repair or resolve issues related to car maintenance, service, and body shop work.

• Oversee vendor workshops, maintain relationships, and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Source spare parts, negotiate with suppliers, and manage cost estimates.

• Prepare reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Stay updated on automobile industry advancements and attend workshops for skill enhancement.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to deliver quality results consistently.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is 2+ years of experience working with four-wheeler cars (dealership experience is a plus).

• Strong technical knowledge of car repair, maintenance, and spare parts.

• Ability to multitask, explain problems clearly, and follow health & safety regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
