Explain recommended repairs, service packages, and warranty details to customers.
Follow up with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service.
Update customers regularly about vehicle status, additional work, and delivery time.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain records of services, warranties, and follow standards as per Mahindra guidelines.
Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
Prepare service reports and assist in daily operations of the service department.
