🚗 Role of a Four-Wheeler Service Advisor

Customer Interaction: Acts as the bridge between customers and the workshop. Explains vehicle issues, service needs, and costs in simple terms.
Job Card Preparation: Creates detailed service job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle inspection.
Technical Knowledge: Must understand vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electricals) to explain problems and solutions.
