Service advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs.

• Provide clear explanations of service requirements and repair estimates.

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians for timely repairs.

• Follow up with customers about the status of their vehicles during the service process.

• Maintain accurate service records and customer information.

• Upsell services or maintenance packages when appropriate, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Address customer concerns and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to service and customer handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum [X] years of experience in automotive service advisory or customer service role preferred.

• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-oriented with problem-solving attitude.

• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and appointment scheduling.
