Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Prepare job cards and provide accurate estimates for service/repair work.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Explain vehicle issues, repair requirements, and costs clearly to customers.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and additional repairs.
Conduct vehicle inspection and ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
Coordinate vehicle delivery, billing, and payment processes.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow dealership/manufacturer service processes and quality standards.
Achieve service revenue, customer retention, and CSI targets.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership/workshop.
Good knowledge of automobiles, servicing, and repair processes.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Good coordination and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of DMS/service software will be an advantage.
