Job Overview:

We are hiring freshers for our Service Operations (Workshop) team. This is a great opportunity for diploma or technical graduates who want to start their career in the automobile industry and gain hands-on experience working with Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing regular maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles.

• Support senior technicians and service advisors with workshop operations.

• Conduct basic inspections and diagnostic checks under supervision.

• Maintain service records and ensure workshop cleanliness and safety.

• Follow Tata Motors’ standard operating procedures and service guidelines.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Strong interest in vehicle servicing and maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of automobile systems (preferred).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive service field.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on qualification and performance)

• Accommodation: Provided on a shared basis (2–3 persons per room)

• Training: Hands-on experience with Tata Motors-certified technicians and career development opportunities.
