Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Car Service Advisor to act as the link between customers and our workshop team. Your main job will be to talk to customers, understand their car problems, explain the work needed, and make sure their car is serviced properly and on time.Requirements:Basic knowledge of cars and vehicle maintenance.Good communication and people skills.Must be polite, honest, and customer-focused.Should be able to handle multiple customers and tasks at once.Prior experience in a workshop or service center is an added advantage.Education & Experience:Minimum: 12th pass or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical (preferred).Experience: 1–3 years in car service or customer handling.
