• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Update customers on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints effectively.
• Maintain service records and follow up for periodic maintenance reminders.
Requirements:
• Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
experience as a Service Advisor in automobile dealership or workshop.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and service processes.
