RO Service Technician

Age : 18 to 30 yrs

Qualification : SSLC/HSC Fresher Can Apply

⏱️ Working Hours :

💠 Office Time:9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

💠 Week Off: 1 rotational week off

💠Leave: 1 paid leave per month

📍 Locations: Chennai (Ayanavaram,Adyar,Pallam),Kerala,Bangalore, Hyderabad.

📃 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

🔹 Installation, service, and maintenance of RO water purifiers

🔹 Attend customer service calls on time

🔹 Identify and resolve basic technical issues

🔹 Support AMC and unit sales activities

🔹Maintain good customer interaction and service quality

🏍️ Two-wheeler preferred

💰Salary & Incentives

🔹Per Service Call:• ₹200

🔹Customer Rating Incentive:• ₹2500 for maintaining 85% customer satisfaction rating

🔹Petrol Allowance:•• ₹25 per call (Maximum ₹3000 per month

🔹AMC Sales Incentive:•• 3.5% incentive

🔹Unit Sales Incentive:•• 11% incentive
