Job Title: Technical Auditor – Water Purifier

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹36,000 (In-hand)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Auditor to join Urban Company. The role involves auditing water purifier complaints over video calls, guiding technicians step by step, diagnosing issues, and ensuring problems are fixed in the first visit. You will use your technical knowledge to find the root cause, follow SOPs, and update remarks in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit RO water purifier service calls with technicians over video.

Do root cause analysis and give correct solutions.

Guide technicians using tools like multimeter (voltage, resistance, continuity) and pressure gauge.

Place orders for spare parts and align technicians.

Write clear remarks and diagnosis to avoid repeat visits.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass with at least 1 year of water purifier service experience.

Strong knowledge of domestic water purifiers (RO/UV/UF).

Ability to explain and guide technicians over calls.

Basic MS Office knowledge is a plus.
