RO Water Filter Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable RO Water Filter Technician to install, maintain, and repair water purification systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install new RO water purification systems at customer locations.

Conduct routine servicing, cleaning, and replacement of filters and membranes.

Diagnose and repair issues in RO systems including leakage, low water output, or unusual taste/odor.

Perform water quality tests and ensure systems meet safety and hygiene standards.

Educate customers about usage, maintenance, and best practices for their water filters.

Maintain records of services provided and spare parts used.

Ensure timely visits and handle customer complaints efficiently.

Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an RO Technician or similar role in water purification is experienced is required.

Knowledge of RO systems, UV filters, and other water purification technologies.

Technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls per day.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Physically fit and able to carry equipment/tools.

Candidate must have a bike with Valid driving license.

Education & Experience:

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (ITI/Diploma in relevant trade preferred).

0–1 years of experience in RO water filter servicing/installation (Freshers are most welcome).
