An RO Water Filter Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining RO water purifiers to ensure safe, clean, and hygienic drinking water for customers.

🔧 Installation & Setup
Install RO, UV, UF, and water purifier systems at customer locations
Inspect water source and suggest suitable RO systems
Ensure proper fitting, leakage-free connections, and testing
🛠️ Service & Maintenance
Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance
Replace filters, membranes, candles, pumps, and other spare parts
Clean and sanitize RO systems periodically
🔍 Troubleshooting & Repair
Identify and fix technical issues like low water flow, leakage, noise, or poor water quality
Repair or replace faulty components efficiently
Conduct TDS testing and ensure water quality standards
📋 Customer Interaction
Explain system usage, maintenance tips, and service schedules to customers
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Collect service feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
📦 Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service records, job cards, and customer details
Report spare part usage and technical issues to the supervisor
⚠️ Safety & Compliance
Follow safety standards during installation and service
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the service site
Follow company policies and service protocols
