Job Description

Job Title: Water Softener Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Water Softener Technician to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot water softener systems at customer locations. The candidate should have technical knowledge of water treatment systems and basic plumbing and electrical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Install water softener systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of water softeners
Troubleshoot and repair system issues (low pressure, leakage, valve problems, regeneration issues, etc.)
Check TDS, hardness levels, and water quality parameters
Replace filters, resin, valves, and other spare parts when required
Ensure proper system functioning after installation/service
Explain system operation and maintenance procedures to customers
Maintain service reports and documentation
Follow safety guidelines during installation and servicing

Working Conditions

Field-based job
May require travel to customer locations
Flexible working hours based on service requirements
