About the Role

Join Tech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RO Technician to join our technical field service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining various Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems and related equipment.

Whether you are starting your career or looking to grow, Join Tech offers hands-on experience, career progression, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Servicing: Assemble, install, service, and perform routine maintenance on domestic and commercial RO water purifier systems.

Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Inspect systems, diagnose mechanical or filtration issues, and repair or replace faulty components.

Cost Estimation & Sourcing: Identify required replacement parts, liaise with local suppliers for competitive pricing, and provide clear cost estimates to clients prior to commencing work.

Technical Compliance: Follow repairing guides, safety manuals, and technical documentations; create basic service logs, preventative maintenance reports, and safety checklists.

Client Communication: Explain technical problems, maintenance steps, and filter life simply and clearly to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skill Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging RO technology, system upgrades, and attend internal or vendor training workshops.

Job Requirements

Experience: Open to Freshers with a strong willingness to learn mechanical and water system repair skills.

Communication: Ability to explain technical issues in simple, understandable terms to clients.

Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.

Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to health, electrical, and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements: Local travel may be required for client site visits. (A valid driving license and two-wheeler are preferred).
