Install all types of water purifiers (RO/UV/UF/Alkaline systems) at customer locations.
Check inlet water quality and pressure before installation.
Ensure proper mounting, plumbing connection, and electrical safety.
Perform routine maintenance, including filter replacement, membrane checking, and cleaning.
Test TDS level, water flow, and system performance.
Calibrate sensors, pressure pumps, and ensure system stability.
Diagnose issues such as low water flow, leakage, noise, TDS imbalance, or pump failure.
Repair or replace faulty parts (filters, valves, pumps, SMPS, membrane, etc.).
Ensure minimum downtime and accurate fault identification.
Explain the issue and solution clearly to the customer.
Provide guidance on proper usage and maintenance schedules.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Update job status in CRM/D365 or service app accurately after each visit.
Maintain records of spare usage, collected payments, and service reports.
Report unresolved issues or repeat complaints to the supervisor.
Carry essential spares and tools required for service.
Track spare consumption and return unused or faulty parts as per company policy.
Follow safety procedures during installation and service.
Ensure electrical safety and leak-free operation before leaving the site.
Perform quality checks after installation and service.
Ensure water quality meets standards before handing over to the customer.
Update team leaders or coordinators about daily work status.
Report high-priority issues or customer escalations immediately.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and proper grooming.
Follow company guidelines on customer handling and field operations.
