The RO Water Purifier Technician will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic and commercial RO water purification systems. The role ensures timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Installation & Commissioning
Install new RO water purifier systems at customer locations as per company guidelines.
Test the system after installation to ensure proper functioning.
Service & Maintenance
Conduct routine maintenance visits for preventive servicing.
Replace filters, membranes, and other components as required.
Perform water quality tests and calibrations.
Repairs & Troubleshooting
Diagnose issues in RO systems and provide on-site repair solutions.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or service managers.
Customer Interaction
Educate customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely closure.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain service logs, job sheets, and spare parts usage records.
Update service management software (if applicable).
Compliance & Safety
Follow company protocols for safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ensure tools and spare parts are handled responsibly.
Knowledge of RO water purification systems and components.
Basic electrical and plumbing skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in RO water purifier servicing or related field.
Licenses/Certifications: Basic technical training in water purifiers (if required).
Willingness to travel locally for service calls.
Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if needed.
Physically fit to handle equipment installation and repairs.
