RO Water Filter Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up RO water purification systems at customer locations

• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of RO units (filter changes, cleaning, part replacements)

• Diagnose faults and repair RO systems efficiently

• Conduct water quality tests and suggest appropriate filter solutions

• Provide clear instructions and usage guidance to customers

• Maintain service logs and complete documentation accurately

• Ensure timely visits and customer satisfaction

• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times

  Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field

  • 3–6 years of experience in RO system installation or service

  • Good understanding of RO system components and water filtration technology

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
