About the Role: Hydromaterials Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated and reliable RO Field Service Technicians to join our team for a major government infrastructure project under the Nadu-Nedu scheme. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of UF-UV-RO Drinking Water Systems in government schools across Andhra Pradesh.
This is a field-based role that requires travel within assigned Mandals to ensure schools have access to safe, operational drinking water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Execute the physical installation, routine servicing, and repair of UF-UV-RO water purifiers at designated government school sites.
Daily Target Management: Successfully visit and complete work at a minimum of 4 school sites per day within the operational hours of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pre-Visit Coordination: Proactively contact the School Headmaster (HM), assigned teacher, or in-charge prior to arriving at the site to confirm availability and access.
Strict Documentation & Reporting: • Capture mandatory GPS-enabled photographs of your two-wheeler's speedometer before starting the day's travel and after completion to accurately process your per-kilometer petrol allowance.
Capture clear, time-stamped photographs of the installed/serviced RO purifier unit and upload them to the designated company WhatsApp reporting groups immediately after completion.
Obtain the physical signature and official stamp of the School HM or site in-charge on the service document as proof of completion.
Spare Parts Management: Responsibly handle allocated spare parts (with a separate allowance provided) and diagnose technical faults on-site to minimize system downtime.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, ITI, or Diploma (Fitters, Electricians, or Plumbers preferred).
Prior experience in RO water purifier installation, basic plumbing, or electrical work is highly preferred but freshers with a mechanical aptitude may apply.
Must own a reliable two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid Driving License.
Must have a smartphone with a working camera, GPS capabilities, and WhatsApp for daily reporting.
Strong communication skills in Telugu to interact politely and professionally with school staff and government officials.
Willingness to travel extensively within a 100 km radius of your assigned base district.
Compensation Structure: Candidates may choose between two payment models during the interview:
Monthly Salary Model: ₹14,000 - ₹15,000/month + Travel Allowance (₹2.75/km for up & down travel, based on a 40km/litre mileage calculation).
Freelance/Contract Model: ₹300 per successful unit installation/service + Travel Allowance (petrol charges covered above a 100km radius) + ₹1,000 separate allowance for spares.
