RO Water Filter Technician

To install, maintain, and repair RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purifiers and filtration systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of new RO water purifiers and water filtration systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of RO systems.

• Diagnose technical faults and repair/replace defective parts (filters, membranes, pumps, UV lamps, etc.).

• Perform routine water quality tests (TDS, pH, hardness, chlorine, etc.) after servicing.

• Maintain service logs, installation reports, and customer feedback records.

• Educate customers on product usage, maintenance schedules, and safety guidelines.

• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues within defined timelines.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures during field operations.

• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
