Job Description

Job Role:

An RO Technician installs, repairs, and maintains RO (Reverse Osmosis) water purifiers for homes, offices, and commercial customers. They ensure the water purifier is working properly and provide service support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install RO water purifiers at customer locations.

Service and repair RO systems and water filters.

Replace filters, membranes, and other spare parts when required.

Identify and fix technical issues in water purifiers.

Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of RO systems.

Explain product usage and maintenance tips to customers.

Maintain service records and complete assigned service visits on time.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of RO water purifiers and plumbing.

ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical experience preferred.

Ability to use basic repair tools.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for field service jobs).
