Water Purifier Service Technician / RO Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Water Purifier Service Technician / RO Technician to install, repair, and maintain RO and water purification systems for residential and commercial customers. The candidate should be able to diagnose issues, provide timely service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install RO systems, water purifiers, and related equipment
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of water purifiers
Diagnose and repair technical faults in RO systems
Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and spare parts
Conduct water quality and pressure checks
Attend customer service calls at homes and offices
Maintain service records and reports
Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance
Ensure timely completion of assigned service requests

Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

Ability to work independently and travel locally
