Job Title: Repair Technician
Department: Wind Energy / Field Service
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Sriperumbudur
Job Responsibility:
1. Repair technician to support the Imported parts defects handling and reactivity support through a set of Work Instruction and proper identification after the rework / repair.
2. Quick response to the issue occurred at the storage, Incoming inspection and in-process area at the Flender Premises.
3. Ability to repair the parts as per the expected way under the guidelines of next level Supervisor (Resident Engineer)
Job Requirement with Education & Experience:
1. Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
2. 0-2 years of experience in Gear Parts Handled experience, precious machined components rework experience (as per given Work Instruction)
3. Able to handle the components professionally and make them into correct parts by rework or repair methods under the guideline from Envision Resident Engineer
4. Punctuality at the station as well as on-time campus availability to mitigate the unpredicted Parts defects during the unpacking or incoming inspection stage as well before assembly stage (Example: Rust, Dent or other damages or other defects in the received parts from overseas destination)
5. Teamwork and proper updates on the completed task to the Resident Engineer Staff, compliance to the Safety, Health and Environment regulation as per the Flender Campus rule.
