Repair Technician

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are hiring field service technicians specializing strictly in Washing Machines, Refrigerators, or Microwave Ovens. If you have expert hands-on experience in repairing any one, two, or all three of these specific appliances, we want to hear from you.

Note: Candidates must specialize in at least one of these three appliance categories.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Your Area of Expertise):

• Washing Machines: Diagnose, repair, and service Front Load, Top Load, and Semi-Automatic units. Troubleshoot PCB boards, motors, drain pumps, and drum assemblies.

• Refrigerators: Perform fault diagnosis on Single Door, Double Door, and Side-by-Side fridges. Execute gas charging, leak testing, compressor replacement, and cooling system repair.

• Microwaves & Ovens: Repair Solo, Grill, and Convection microwave ovens along with OTG Ovens. Handle high-voltage components (magnetrons, capacitors, diodes) and control board issues safely.

• Customer Service: Perform on-site visits, deliver professional customer interactions, and explain necessary repairs clearly to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven practical experience in repairing Washing Machines, Fridges, or Microwave Ovens (minimum 2 year preferred).

• Strong knowledge of major brands (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, IFB, Bosch, Godrej, etc.).

• Basic electrical diagnostic skills (ability to use a multimeter and read wiring diagrams).

• Personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred for field movement within Mumbai.
