Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain LED panels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LED display systems, be familiar with electronic troubleshooting, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• RDiagnose faults and perform repairs on LED panels (indoor and outdoor).

• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues, including LED modules, power supplies, control cards, and signal systems.

• Perform soldering, part replacements, and PCB-level repairs.

• Conduct testing, calibration, and quality control of repaired units.

• Maintain records of work completed, parts used, and equipment condition.

• Work with service and installation teams to support on-site maintenance as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in electronics or LED panel repairs (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of electronics components, circuits, and basic troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in soldering SMD and through-hole components.

• Familiarity with common display control systems (e.g., Novastar, Colorlight) is a plus.

• Ability to read circuit diagrams and service manuals.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and testing software.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
