Commercial Refrigeration & Electrical Repair Technician

Location: Delhi NCR (Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj & Gurgaon)

Glisco Kitchens ek fast-growing cloud kitchen company hai jo Delhi NCR mein multiple food brands operate karti hai. Humein ek experienced technician chahiye jo hamare kitchens mein refrigeration aur electrical equipment ka maintenance kare aur breakdown hone se pehle hi problems solve kare.

Job Responsibilities

Hamare different kitchen locations par visit karna.
Commercial Refrigerators, Deep Freezers, Water Coolers aur Split ACs ki servicing aur repair karna.
Gas charging, cooling issues, compressor faults aur electrical faults diagnose aur repair karna.
Preventive maintenance karna taaki equipment breakdown na ho.
Basic electrical repairs aur wiring faults theek karna.
Kitchen equipment ki regular inspection karna aur maintenance schedule follow karna.
Spare parts ki requirement batana aur replacement recommend karna.
Ensure karna ki kitchen ka koi bhi critical equipment downtime mein na rahe.

Requirements

Commercial Refrigeration repair ka experience zaroori hai.
Deep Freezer, Refrigerator, Split AC, Water Cooler aur Cooling Systems ki achhi knowledge honi chahiye.
Compressor, thermostat, relay, capacitor aur gas charging ka experience ho.
Basic electrical troubleshooting aani chahiye.
Delhi NCR mein different kitchen locations travel karne ke liye comfortable ho.
Restaurant, Hotel, Bakery ya Cloud Kitchen equipment ka experience ho to preference milegi.
