Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to join our team at Ecoleaf Energies Pvt Ltd. The role involves repairing, installing, replacing, and servicing HUL coffee and tea vending machines. The technician will be responsible for monitoring systems, diagnosing problems, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring smooth operation in the field. This position offers an in-hand salary along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance of coffee and tea vending machines in the market.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues at customer locations.
Install machines at customer sites and provide demonstrations.
Pull out machines from customer locations when required.
Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) at the service centre.
Prepare reports, follow safety regulations, and develop preventative maintenance plans.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
2–3 years of field experience in a similar role.
Ability to multitask and explain technical problems clearly and simply.
Strong adherence to health and safety regulations.
