We are seeking a motivated Field Technician to join our team. The role involves repairing, installing, replacing, and servicing coffee and tea vending machines. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Setup: Install new vending machines at designated locations, configure machine settings, and assist in relocating machines when required.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and servicing to reduce breakdowns and extend machine life.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues; repair or replace faulty parts as needed.
Cleaning & Hygiene: Clean machines inside and outside to maintain hygiene and ensure compliance with health standards.
Customer Support: Respond promptly to service calls, escalate unresolved issues to supervisors, and provide courteous support to clients and machine users.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum qualification of ITI / Diploma.
Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with technical knowledge are welcome).
Skills:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple service calls.
Strong problem-solving skills with clear communication to explain issues simply.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and ability to follow them diligently.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
