Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Laptop & Computer Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and computer-related hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops and computers.

• Install and configure Windows and other operating systems.

• Troubleshoot motherboard, RAM, hard disk/SSD, battery, display, keyboard, and other components.

• Perform laptop/desktop assembling, disassembling, and component replacement.

• Install drivers, applications, antivirus, and required software.

• Troubleshoot networking, Wi-Fi, printer, and peripheral issues.

• Perform regular maintenance and system upgrades.

• Handle customer complaints and explain repair requirements.

• Maintain records of repairs, replaced parts, and service details.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.

• Experience in computer troubleshooting and repairing.

• Knowledge of Windows installation and software troubleshooting.

• Basic networking knowledge.

• Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
