Repair Technician

Job Summary:

The Telecom Microwave Rigger is responsible for the installation, alignment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of microwave antennas on telecom towers. The role involves working at heights and ensuring that all installations are performed safely and according to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and align microwave antennas and associated equipment on towers.

Perform tower climbing duties using appropriate safety equipment and procedures.

Assist in the routing and termination of Power and fiber cables.

Conduct line of sight (LOS) surveys and ensure proper alignment of microwave paths.

Maintain proper documentation, including site photos, alignment reports, and installation logs.

Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.
