Repair Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Spray Pump Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair spray pumps and related equipment. The candidate should ensure smooth operation of spraying systems, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain spray pumps and spraying equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in spray pumps.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Inspect pumps, motors, hoses, valves, and nozzles for proper functioning.

• Replace faulty components and perform repairs as required.

• Conduct routine performance testing and calibration of spray systems.

• Maintain maintenance logs and service records.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and report replacement requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in pump maintenance or industrial equipment servicing.

• Knowledge of spray pump systems, motors, valves, and fluid handling equipment.

• Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance documentation.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
