1.Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial automation

2. Basic ability to read, write, and understand English or Hindi or Marathi language instructions.

3. Minimum 1–2 years in one company to ensure consistency and reliability.

4. Experience in filling inspection reports, checklists, and quality logs accurately.

5. Hands-on experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT), through-Hole Technol (THT), Printed Circuit Board (PCB) inspection, or assembly line quality checks.

6. Ability to visually inspect and categorize defects (e.g., soldering issues, component orientation).

7. Usage of multimeter, vernier caliper, etc

8. Willingness to work in rotational or 2nd shift as per production requirements.

9. No disciplinary issues or frequent absenteeism in past jobs.

10. Willingness to follow instructions, coordinate with the senior and learn continuously.

11. Ready to join within 7–15 days or as per urgency of the requirement
